Nature rages to destroy Dili's face

Nature rages to destroy Dili's face

Oekusipost.com Dili – Friday 13 March 2020 at 4 pm, the people in the capital of Dili carry out their activities as usual. Some sat in groups debating the political deadlock situation that unfinished, others were still in the office, others doing exercise along the white sand beach of Cristo Rei, and others followed the Sacred Way (Via Sacra).

That afternoon the light of the day seemed to be weak so that it did not get to penetrate the black lay that began to show its angry face through neatly closing the top of Mount Fatu Ahi in the eastern part of Dili. The leaves don't move because there is no wind. The black lay is so thick that caused heavy rains to soak our bodies, wet all living creatures and bringing natural disasters that turned the face of the capital Dili into a flood capital.

The flood disaster is almost the same as the flood that occurred at the time of Noah, but not the same because this flood only happened in the city of Dili, not throughout the world.

The rain that lasted for almost three hours caused almost all the houses in Dili to be flooded and also took several lives.

This dirty water coming down from the mountains of Balibar, Dare, and Fatu Ahi also makes us unable to survive because when nature starts to get angry and turn back to humans, everything will be destroyed, everything will sink, everything will rot like many houses that are rotten in Dili.

Therefore, to pleased the nature, we as humans also do not damage the beauty of nature through cutting down trees, and throwing plastic everywhere.

Between humans and nature must love each other, must protect each other until the end of the world.
